Respect the TURKEY!

Christmas lights should be banned until at least the day after Thanksgiving.
Anyone with me? Anyone? ::crickets::
Now, I don't think of myself as a humbug or anything, but our neighbors down the street already have their lights up and turned ON. Come on people! I understand wanting to get them up early so that you can turn them on ASAP after the turkey has been eaten but geez! Fine. Put them up. You can't turn them on for another two weeks though. Ok?

Oh, and I'm 12 weeks today! Hooray second trimester!!!

I completely agree! I'll even take it a step further. I think that Thanksgiving and Christmas stuff need to wait until after October is over. (Okay, so I'm partial to Halloween and I feel like those other holidays are bullying poor Halloween.)

On another note, I'm pretty sure Andrej was from the Czech Republic, but I could, of course, be wrong.

One final note, any new thoughts on moving? I know that the bebe will impact any plans, but just wondering. (We don't have any new plans, although I wish we did.)

Ah, I suppose that "need" there should be "needs" considering "stuff" is singular. Freaking grammar.

i said it on the last post, but yay for 12 weeks. :)
My friend Korie already put up her Christmas decorations, but we're having a big Thanksgiving here and I'll join your respect the turkey party and hold off until the day after Thanksgiving :)

I'm with you!

What's with the disrespect for the Turkey? We have to give it the attention it deserves.

You crack me up by the way =)

You are funny! I agree!! The first week in December is all about decorating!!! We have a neighbor down the alley from us that put up his lights last weekend. I haven't peeked at night to see if he turns them on yet, but I'll let you know. :)

Congrats on 12 weeks!!!
